Francesco, who lives in the apartment, will do everything to make his guests’ stay and vacation as pleasant as possible.
The room for rent is large, spacious and comfortably furnished. There is a beautiful large terrace, with exotic plants, amazing sea views, particulary when the suis sets confortably behind the island of Stromboli.

In short, a place where you can relax.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building, without a lift. The two bedrooms, furnished: The room, called “Adhara” has an en-suite, and private entrance. The kitchen of the main apartment, for those who want to make use of it, is furnished and equipped and guests are welcome use it, as well as the large terrace.

Francesco will endeavor to make his knowledge available to his guests, advising them in the best possible way, places to visit, excursions, shopping and what may be necessary to ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay.

The neighborhood where Casa Franz is located is in a very central position, less than 10 metres from the main piazza Vittorio Veneto, certainly the most lively in the beautiful summer evenings. The main street of Tropea is about 30 meters away. Close by there are shops, bars, restaurants, and steps leading down to the nearby beaches and the tourist port of Tropea. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. Casa Franz is in such a position in the town, that it is not necessary to use a car, however visitors arriving by car can park near the house.

The “Adhara” room has an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance with direct access from the stairs. From the balcony overlooking the main street you can follow life in Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
