The Mansarda DORATTIC is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and is approximately 38 square meters, with a terrace of approx. 14 square meters, overlooking the main street of Tropea, with a splendid view of the sea and the roofs of the city.

Position of the “DORATTIC” attic:
Located in the historic centre of Tropea, (ZTL area) on the main street, in a period building.
A few meters away, are bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, artisan shops, banks and a pharmacy.
Distance from the sea about 300 m. accessible by steps that lead directly to the various beaches of Mare Grande, Convento, Lido Le Roccette, and to the Tourist Port.
